Cindy Tran
Cindy can sometimes be very bossy and commanding. Hence, she keeps asking questions in order to improve the campaign and prevent the team from being disoriented and off-track. As a team leader, Cindy understands each member’s strength and passion; therefore, to delegate appropriate tasks so that everyone can utilise their skills and learn more at the end of the day. Cindy is able to manage the audience’s expectation and is aware of the issue’s context; with a mindset full of creativities, hence she is responsible for strategic planning and creative execution.
Thu Phan
Thu seems to be an “insight girl" of the team. Being an aunt having taken care of two little nieces, she always gives advices about the campaign based on her own experience as an “almost insider" of the issue chosen. Thu is timid in everything so that she looks like the “black hat" in “The six thinking hats" who is always spotting the risks of the team's idea; however, that's just for the campaign's improvement. With her passion in advertising industry, she also plays a role in strategic planning and creative execution.
Phuong Dang
Having known each other before, Phuong has lots of experience of working together to capture the personality and working style of each team member. She knows how to coordinate well and effectively with the rest of other members. Her role is sketching the idea on paper to make it clearly and easy to understand. With her ability and high aesthetic, she has contributed her great ideas to the visual of campaign as well as support the content to build the campaign. Responsible, patient and careful are what to tell about her.
Huyen Phan
Having work with the team for the first time, yet Huyen got exactly our teamwork organization. With her talent in visualizing ideas by drawing, Huyen was responsible for sketching ideas at the beginning. As the role of collecting ideas, she has a huge contribution in communication challenges research and presentation’s slides. ‘I can do things you cannot. You can do things I cannot. Together we can do great thing’, Huyen is a delicate, logical and alert team member that always try to come up with ideas and analyse together with teammates. Always finishing tasks with responsibility and quality on time, her presence pushes the team’s perspective effectively.
Trang Huynh
As a member of a team, Trang contributes her works mainly in visual aspects. She has skills in drawing and experiences in shooting video as well as editing techniques. Therefore, she uses her ability to describe group’s ideas with two other members and supports the director in shooting process. She also takes charge of “Behind the scene” part, including shooting and editing. In other words, Trang plays herself as a supporter, who is willing to support everyone in team to have the better works.
Phuc Nguyen
As the only man in the team, Nguyen helps to diversify roles in a team. Throughout the process, Nguyen actively involved in giving feedback on creative idea, ensured that every stage is completed to serve the overall goal of the team and keep all the contents consistent and align altogether. During the time we work together, he presents himself as an organized, observant and constructive caregiver. Being the entertainer of the team, he always gives his teammates a good laugh and positive energy even when under immense pressure. With his strength focused on writing, Nguyen takes care of the words circulating around the campaign.
